CNH Heat-Resistance Material RTR System developed by Dandong NDT Equipment Co., Ltd. The system is composed of X-ray flaw detection machine, image intensifier imaging unit, computer image processing system, mechanical system, electrical control system and warning system is composed of five parts, covers the light, machine, electricity three kinds of technology, by means of X-ray and the imaging unit matching, real-time observation to detect image Heat-Resistance material, in order to determine the existence of internal defects and defect types and grades, the storage and processing of images by computer image processing system, in order to improve image clarity ensure the accuracy, evaluation.

The control part used PLC programmable controller and large-size LCD screen, provides the control operation is convenient and precise radiation dose; multiple safety protection control to avoid physical harm to operators. In the event of a fault, the display will show the fault information and solutions, the operator will exclude the fault quickly.

As the image intensifier imaging unit is the most important part of imaging system, that using the world No.1 brand French Thales Electron Devices Co., Ltd., the main feature of that product is high resolution, low noise, and large dynamic range, to provide customers with reliable image information. The mechanical system is composed of lifting mechanism, hold-down mechanism, walking mechanism, rotating mechanism, base and grating device etc. Start the walking mechanism, movie the rotary mechanism to detect room door, put the workpiece on the table of the rotating mechanism, the clamping mechanism and adjustment, the clamping of the workpiece, and then start the walking mechanism so that the workpiece get into the detection chamber, stop the table until the piece get on the detection site, then start the lifting mechanism, when the light tube and image intensifier goes to the lowest position, stop the lifting mechanism, start the rotating mechanism, rotate the workpiece, when the workpiece finish a cycle, start the lifting mechanism again, stop the lifting mechanism when the X light tubes and image intensifiers rise up as an image intensifier sight distance. Test again, and make a cycle, until the piece finish the    whole testing. Then the workpiece is returned to the loaded position, unload it, and make another test. The movement is controlled by the electrical control system, it completed detection quickly, when the test finish, the workpiece is transferred to storage location by human.
